Are the bounce houses clean?

Yes!   Our Units are sanitized before every rental.Cleanliness is part of safety. We clean our inflatables and all of our equipment (concession machines, tables, chairs, etc) every week at our warehouse.  We vacuum, spray and wipe/scrub using a high quality cleaner/disinfectant. Yes, we clean each bounce house after each rental whenever possible. However, due to time restrictions it may be necessary to clean the inflatable at your location when it is delivered. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment. All of our bounce houses are brand new, and are cleaned after every use. We wouldn't’ want our kids in a messy bounce house and neither would you.

 

Are there any cleaning fees?

We expect to receive our inflatables back in a fairly clean manner. We realize that children in and out of it all day, can allow grass to enter by means of their socks. We will not charge for cleaning this. However, since you will receive a list of general rules at the time of setup, any food, drink stains or not following any other listed rule of this nature will result in a minimum $50.00 clean-up fee at the time of pickup. The inflatable will be inspected before it’s packed up at your location.
