What is your weather policy?

Rain Policy (no refunds if delivered)

 

What is your rain cancellation policy?
If there is a high chance of all-day rain and you wish to reschedule please give us 24 hour notice. We do not offer refunds based on weather after setting up the inflatable. If the driver arrives & delivers the rental unit and you decided to cancel or reschedule there will be a $50.00 delivery charge whereby the customer agrees to pay driver. All other cancellations will result in forfeit of deposit if pre-paid in advance
.

 

What if it looks like it is going to rain on the day of our event?

Call 24hrs before and let us know that you are considering canceling your rental. If the forecast is for scattered showers, we recommend that you still take the inflatable and let the party go on. If it rains, unplug it, move the blower out of the rain, cover the inflatable if possible and when it stops raining, plug it back in and dry off any wet surfaces. The children just want to jump, they do not care if it has just rained. If you choose to keep your reservation and your event is "rained out," It actually creates more work for us to deal with wet equipment. We do not offer refunds based on weather after setting up the inflatable. If the driver arrives & delivers the rental unit and you decided to cancel or reschedule there will be a $50.00 delivery charge whereby the customer agrees to pay driver

What if the weather is bad on my party date?
If the weather will interfere with safety, such as high winds or heavy rain and lightening, we will cancel all reservations and attempt to reschedule your event if possible. If the forecast calls for scattered or isolated rain, the choice is yours on whether to cancel or keep your reservation. Keep in mind that we do not offer rain checks or refunds once the equipment has been set up. If you choose to keep your reservation and your event is "rained out," you are required to pay the contract amount in full. It actually creates more work for us to deal with wet equipment. We do not offer refunds based on weather after setting up the inflatable. What if rain/wind is forecast? We generally won't set up if there is an over 60% chance of rain. Call us in the morning of the event to see if you still want the rental. However, if we do set up, a few sprinkles won't hurt, but heavy rain can. Electricity and water don't mix good. Please, turn off and unplug the unit (at the house) and wait for the storm to pass. bouncers cannot be set up in winds exceeding 20 MPH. If the winds get strong, have the children get out and deflate the unit. We do not offer refunds based on weather after setting up the inflatable. What happens if it rains?

Weather is very unpredictable in that it can start or stop raining at any time. If, on the day of your rental rain is predicted and If it is a downpour and forecast for heavy rain all day we would not set up you will be given the option to reschedule. Otherwise, we really just "play it by ear", and allow you to make a final call.  If you should decide to go ahead with the delivery & set up We do not offer refunds based on weather after setting up the inflatable. Inclement Weather?
We make every effort to set up for each and every rental reservation. The safety of your children however is our top priority. we cannot set up in inclement weather due to the chance of injury or electrocution. This includes rain, high winds, and hail. If the weather looks cloudy but it is not raining hard, we will give the customer a choice whether or not to set up. We do not offer refunds based on weather after setting up the inflatable. If the driver arrives & delivers the rental unit and you decided to cancel or reschedule there will be a $50.00 delivery charge whereby the customer agrees to pay driver

What if it is windy?
Bounce houses are not safe to use in the rain. Because of safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call you on the morning of your party to confirm your reservation in which at that time you have the option of canceling your order. If you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, We do not offer refunds based on weather after setting up the inflatable. If the driver arrives & delivers the rental unit and you decided to cancel or reschedule there will be a $50.00 delivery charge whereby the customer agrees to pay driver

What do we do if the inflatable is up and it begins to rain?

Unplug the blower and move it out of the rain while you let the inflatable deflate. Once the rain stops, plug the blower back in and wipe down any wet surfaces to avoid slipping. The vinyl gets very slippery when wet. make every effort to maintain the equipment in a safe manner, in the event that it rains, thunderstorms, etc. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation, please call us to pick up the bouncer see below for our policy on cancellations.

  

policy on inclement weather?

An Inflatable can be very slippery and dangerous if they get wet. To avoid injuries, children must exit bouncer while it is raining. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the children’s safety in the event of adverse weather. An Inflatable must be deflated when there are winds in excess of 20mph.

 

 

 

What is your weather policy?

 

*Regarding weather & delivery and set-up

Most of the time if the weather is forecast to be adverse, but has not arrived, we will leave it up to the customer as to whether to deliver the Inflatable or not. If there is a bad storm in the area, we will call you before we depart the warehouse for your delivery. If you would like to reschedule due to bad weather, we ask that you call us as soon as you decide please give us 24hr notice. In the event we do not hear from you, we will assume that the weather is clear in your area and will be there to set-up your event and payment will be due. Once the equipment is set-up we ask that you observe the weather and the weather forecasts and make every effort to maintain the equipment in a safe manner, in the event that it rains, thunderstorms, etc. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation, please call us to pick up the bouncer see below for our policy on cancellations.

 

WindIf the local weather is forecasted sustained winds of 15-20+ mph (with higher gusts) on your event day and both you and Bounce events, Inc. agree before delivery/set up that it may be unsafe to use then we will cancel the rental with no charge to you.  We reserve the right to cancel your rental.  

RainIf the local weather is forecasted 70% or higher chance of rain, we reserve the right to cancel your rental.  An inflatable should not be used when raining or wet (with exception of a waterslide).  If the inside of the bounce unit gets wet everyone should exit the bounce.  When a bouncer or combo unit becomes wet, it is very slippery and dangerous. Once the rain stops you can then dry the unit with towels. Once dry, the bounce should be once again safe to use.  

* NoteWe may cancel the rental the day prior or the morning of delivery if there’s a 70% or higher chance of rain and/or 15-20+ mph sustained winds (with higher gusts).  In this case, we will contact you the day prior or morning of your event to discuss any weather related issues.  Feel free to also contact your weather station with questions.

 ** Please call us at (813)389-8157) if you have questions once your unit has been setup.   No refunds will be given once the inflatable has been setup.

 

AN INFLATABLE MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET INSIDE and/or WHEN WINDS ARE 20 MPH OR MORE.  This is a very important safety issue

NO REFUNDS—Remember, it is the customer’s choice whether or not to have the unit delivered.  If the customer chooses to have the unit delivered and set-up, unfortunately, no refunds will be given due to the time spent in delivery, set-up and pick-up (which the units are much heavier and more difficult to maneuver when wet), and the many hours it will take to clean and dry out the unit
