What should I do if I have a problem?

What should I do if I have a problem? We will provide you with a phone number to reach us in the event of a problem. With the inflatable rental business problems are rare. All of us    want your event or party to be special. If you should encounter a problem our Certified Inflatable Operator stands ready to help.

What happens if I lose power? All inflatables designed for commercial or rental use require a fan or blower that runs continuously. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on it. Then check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped. If so, reset the breaker and continue playing on the inflatables. Should the breaker trip a second time you should try another electrical outlet. If it trips again please call your electrician to find the cause of the problem

Is it Safe to use electricity with inflatables that use water? It is important that when using inflatables that require water that the electrical outlet be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). This will trip if there is an electrical short. Also, you should insure that any extension cords or electrical cords are not lying in the water.

Can I use a water hose on a bounncer? There are bouncers designed for use with water and your Certified Inflatable Operator will be glad to explain them to you. Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use.

What do we do if the inflatable is up and it begins to rain?

Unplug the blower and move it out of the rain while you let the inflatable deflate. Once the rain stops, plug the blower back in and wipe down any wet surfaces to avoid slipping. The vinyl gets very slippery when wet. make every effort to maintain the equipment in a safe manner, in the event that it rains, thunderstorms, etc. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation, please call us to pick up the bouncer see below for our policy on cancellations.

What should I do if there is an accident?

If there is an accident involving any of our inflatables or ANY of our equipment, please assist everyone out or off of the inflatable, turn off the blower and unplug it. This will allow the unit to deflate so that no one enters while you are tending to whatever has happened. Please notify us or ask someone else to notify us IMMEDIATELY! We can be reached at 813-389-8157. If there is a problem and you cannot reach us at this number for some reason, please refer to the business card you were given when the equipment was delivered. Each business card should have the cell # of the person who setup the equipment. After you notify us, please write down a detailed explanation of what happened and who was involved while it is still fresh in your mind.
