Rent Inflatables for Your Commerical Party

Here are a few tips to help in your event planning:

Get organized- start with a notebook or binder and have a section for budget, location, activities, games, food, beverage, raffle, promotion, etc.

Schedule an event date- look at your calendar and make sure not to schedule your event on a long weekend.

Allocate your budget- your organization probably gave you a budget to work with and now it’s your responsibility to decide where the monies will be spent.

Get an estimated head count- about 80% of the people in your organization will go to the event. Make sure to count their spouse and children.
