Rental
contract Agreements/Receipts.
Each customer is
asked to sign a rental agreement including release of liability at the time the Bounce
House is set up. you will be required to sign a rental agreement that lists specific terms
and conditions of the rental. You must adhere to these rules. Injuries or accidents are
very rare, but generally they are the result of a lack of supervision or inappropriate use
Do I have to
sign a contract & waiver?
A waiver must
be signed before any equipment is set-up. Adult supervision is mandatory while equipment
is in use. It does not
cover any injuries due to rough play, flips, improper supervision etc... Also, if you pick
one up yourself, there is no insurance
Customers guest/signed
liability waiver?
Not required but For
legal purposes, a guest liability waiver completed and signed by your guest/ a
parent/guardian. Are provided for your protection the (customer) Additional liability
waivers are available for each
guest, that you want to have a completed/signed waiver?
How far in
advance should i reserve a bouncer or Slide?
Please make your
reservations as soon as possible. Bounce House units are very poplar and sometime we are
booked up weeks and even months in advance You can reserve an
inflatable at anytime. Most of the time, we will have an inflatable available for your
event; But, as the saying goes, the early bird gets the worm. If you would like a specific
item, we recommend that you call as soon as you know the date of the event. The earlier
you make your reservation the better your chances are at getting your first choice.
We appreciate as much advance notice as you can offer, but we will do our best to
work with you even if it’s a last-minute request.
