How long do I get to keep a bouncer rental?

Why do I have to rent for the entire day rather than the 3-4 hours I think I will need it? We found that most children who play on inflatables aren’t satisfied with 3-4 hours of fun. Sometime things happen, such as: the party started later or guest showed up late and/or they did not get to use the bounce house or inflatable as much as they would have liked. It is very rare that we come to pick up an inflatable after a full day and it is not being used to the last minute. Renting a bounce house or inflatable should be the least of your worries during the day of your event. Having it show up late, setup or taken down while your guests are there can be stressful and inconvenient. All of our rentals are for a full day.

What is the rental period?
The rental period is up to 8 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special circumstances you might have, as we are very flexible and work around your schedule.

How long can I keep the Inflatable?

Your rental is for the day of your event (up to 8 hours). Typically, we start making deliveries in the morning and return to pick-up the equipment before sunset (6pm). Our delivery goal is to arrive at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours before your event starts and pick-up within an hour after the event. We do understand that sometimes this is not possible or it is inconvenient for you, so we work with our customer on a time that best serves you. Serving the customer’s needs, is first priority .

Can I keep the Space Walk over night?

Yes, We also offer overnight rentals for an additional charge and discounts for multiple day rentals. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or a two day rental; but there will be an additional fee for this service please call to discuss pricing and the bouncer must be set-up in a secure area. Please contact a representative for instructions and they’ll be happy to work with you. However, your representative reserves the right to deny this service as well as the right to cancel the over night portion at any time based on availability of equipment, weather or other factors.
