For full refunds & deposits What is your cancellation policy if paid in advance?

 

Do you require a deposit? if paid in advance?

We do require a deposit to confirm you reservation. This is necessary to insure availability to others. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve bouncer. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party Complete payment will be collected upon set-up. cash and money orders. We only require deposits during certain times of year. This is typically during the Fall and around Halloween. A deposit guarantees your reservation. If you cancel your reservation at the last minute and we are unable to transfer the equipment to another customer on the waiting list, you forfeit your deposit. We  require a check or cash deposit.  it’s just to reserve the equipment (similar to renting a car or hotel room).  but simpler and more convenient for you. You then pay in full on the date of your party or event by cash, check on the day we deliver and set up the equipment. .  Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

 

For full refunds & deposits What is your cancellation policy if paid in advance?

* If you do decide to cancel your pre- paid rental (other than weather related) you may be charged a $50 deposit/cancellation fee if you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled event date.  This procedure is similar to a non-refundable deposit. We accept cancellations up to 14 days in advance of your paid rental without any charge to you. To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party Once a reservation and payment has been accepted, for a full refund a request for a cancellation must be made at least 14 days in advance prior to your rental date or you may be charged a $50 deposit/cancellation fee after the 14 days,  If you  reschedule your party within  14 days of your party date  there will be no cancellation fee,. Credits will be issued in instances where weather was an issue, and a rescheduled date was requested within the minimum of 14 days notice of rental date. All other cancellations will result in no refund Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation that was non-paid in advance? We realize that things come up unexpectedly, so yes you can cancel your rental. But we do ask that you try to give at least a one week (24hr) notice of your cancellation.  No refunds will be given once the inflatable has been setup. We ask that you reschedule and not cancel a non- paid in advance reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your inflatable rental, please call us as soon as possible. We understand that things come up and we will work with you to choose another day if you decide to reschedule. If you decide to cancel and not reschedule, Out of courtesy we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. at least a 24hrs notice, and If our driver delivers and arrives with your rental at your party site and you decide to cancel or reschedule at that time, you will owe the delivery fee of $50 charge, payable to the driver in cash. If you cancel after we have already setup the equipment, there will be No refunds will be given once the inflatable has been setup.
