Delivery,Setup & pick up times of rental equipment at event location

What areas do you deliver to? WE PROVIDE free delivery to all of HILLSBOROUGH counties.  A small delivery fee applies to residents outside of this area. We deliver, set up, inspect and clean our units before your party.  We deliver to most of Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties.  We may also extend to pasco,Hernando for some events. Areas beyond 15 miles of our location may carry a delivery fee- please check with us upon booking to confirm if any delivery fees will apply.  

Is there a delivery charge? No! Delivery is free with the full paid rental if we deliver and you cancel there will be a $50 delivery charge and if we set up the rental equipment there are no refunds  Please call for further details.

Delivery ALL rental fees include delivery, set-up, pick-up, and sales tax to locations located within a 15-mile radius of Tampa .

An "All Day" rental is required   and for locations within of a 15-mile radius of Tampa, Fl   and for locations outside a 15-mile radius of Tampa, Fl   an additional $25 delivery fee.

DELIVERY TIME:  Between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. PICK-UP TIME:  Between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

"All Day" rentals are "SAME DAY" rentals.  for a fixed rate for the day, whether you choose to rent the unit for 3 hours or for 8 hours, this rate is the same.  The amount of hours depends on the customer’s request and drop-off and pick-up times.  We ask the customer their preference in drop-off and pick-up times and do our best to accommodate their preferences. 

Who sets up the bounce house and does the work?

A Certified Inflatable Operator does all the work. Beat the heat let a professional full-service inflatable rental company do all the work. We will provide the delivery and setup of the bounce house at no additional charge. Set up time is approximately 30-45 minutes (30-60 for a slide or combo).  and review the safety guidelines with you We deliver and set up all bounce house units and insure that they are clean before your party starts. We also insure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up. We do however ask for 1 person to be available if needed. This person should be the one responsible for proper operation of the event. For more than 1 bouncer rental Extra Attendants are available @ an additional charge. We ask that if you are done with the bouncer or slide please do not shut down the blower.  The bouncer or slide unit must be inflated before it is taken down so that we can inspect and possibly do a preliminary cleaning of the unit.  Pick up time is usually 30-45 minutes (30-60 for a slide or combo). The same driver will come and break down the bounce house unit and the break down time is 30-45 minutes. Please do not release the unit to anyone else unless you receive specific instructions from the original driver. Please also have unit inflated when we arrive.

 

What time will the rental equipment arrive at my location? Our NORMAL delivery times are 9-11 am. This is our NORMAL delivery window and is not guaranteed in any way. However, if we do realize that if we will be later than 11:00am, we will try to call and let each customer know as well as to find out what time their particular party starts so that we can try to get to that particular location before the party begins. If you decide on the specific rental delivery time we'll try to be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before set up. You do not pay for set up time. Rentals are for jumping time only. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact delivery time is crucial, just let us know. call us the day before your event before-5pm to arrange a delivery time . (Or a pick up time if your rental is a customer pick up)

 

What time will the rental equipment be picked up?

anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours after rental period. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact pick-up time is crucial, just let us know.  call us before your event is over  to arrange a pick up  time.  The pickup of rental equipment starts just before dark to make sure that each customer has the equipment until the end of their party or event. If you do need the equipment picked up before a certain time, please advise the driver at time of delivery. If severe weather is expected in the evening please call us about early pickup.
