Can we Pickup rental equipment at rental location

Can we pick it up from you? Absolutely not! All setups are done by our Certified Inflatable Operator employees. Inflatables are very heavy and must be installed by a trained professional. They can be dangerous if set up improperly. People have been injured due to improper set ups. Also, if you were to pick it up, our (or your) insurance would be null & void. Don't be fooled by companies who will charge you two fees for delivery and setup. If we deliver, we setup.

Does a Space Walk have to be delivered? Absolutely yes! A basic bounce can weight upwards of 700 lbs. Our licensed bounces are delivery only because it takes a professional driver to properly set up, take down and roll them We believe that inflatables should be fun to anyone who wants it.  When our products are delivered by our Certified Inflatable Operator we will set it up and monitor its use safely. Currently, about all of our customers take advantage of the cost savings and extra time offered with our Certified Inflatable Operator

Why can't I pick up the bouncer and/or slide and set it up myself
Safety is our number one concern. Some companies may allow the homeowner to pick up & set up inflatable units, we do not feel that it is a good idea. Our set up personnel will evaluate the set up area, use the correct size & type of power cords and makes the all-important connections between the blower & inflatable. We also use proper straps and spikes/anchors to secure the inflatable to the ground and clean the inflatable prior to you using it (if needed).  Also, each unit weighs approximately 300-700 pounds, so injury to you is also our concern.

Company "X" allows pickups. Why not you? "inflatables must be set up by trained "professionals"." If you wish to pick up from Company "X", insist on an onsite demonstration. Never accept anything less. Watching a 15-minute onsite video may work, but a sheet of paper isn't sufficient training. Also, Company "X" won't even give you a dolly to use to transport these. Any injuries you get from lugging these around will be up to you. The safety of the kids must be your first priority. At Jump n Bounce Mania LLC, it's ours!

Why can't I pick up myself to cut costs? If you don’t mind giving up your time there are rental companies that allow the customer to pick up inflatables using your own vehicle & gas, the effort & set it up time, clean it up time, take it down time, fold it up time & drive it back time you will wasted 2-3 hrs of your time & you will save around $20. your not really saving anything our company does not allow customer pickups

What other rental companies don’t tell you is that  besides the rental fee if is that before you return the unit 1.if its return not properly rolled up theres a $50.00 roll up charge 2. if its not cleaned theres a $50.00 clean up charge 3. if its damaged due to negligence theres $1,000 charge and if its not return on time there’s an additional 1 day rental fee of the same amount of the first rental charge  4.and if you cant set it up and need a driver to come out to the event and set it up correctly theres a $50 charge and 5.if it damaged beyond repair theres a $4,000 charge to replace the unit. Most likely it will be damaged beyond repair and you will be charged the $4,000 and they got cha!
